This one piece of code doubled by FPS


here is something cool

something in the game has been taking a toll on the performance and it ended up being a result of the program constantly refreshing the map pasting hundreds of thousands of tiles each second. Simply telling it to slow down gave me 60 FPS instead of 30

Happy I fixed because the 30FPS has been bugging me for a while

such a huge optimization now give me more ways to take the game in. All done by one block

Quick explanation of what it does: it limits the map to refreshing only 60 times a second rather them the thousands it was trying before

UPDATE

so i decide to up the world size from 48x48 to 64x64 and it still runs wells. 

this time the FPS ranges between 60-40 but still great performance for a large map. With more optimization i could get this running at a consistent 60 FPS
